The Lifestyle Program Boot Camp course is an outdoor military-style fitness program utilising a range of equipment and training methods. The course delivers a whole-body workout emphasising cardiovascular fitness, functional strength and muscle endurance. Boot Camp is conducted outdoors regardless of weather conditions. You will sweat; you will get dirty; you will be put to the test, but commit to every session and you will see results. Boot Camp is suitable for people of all fitness levels and experience. So break the rut of your repetitive gym routine, get outdoors in the fresh air, and then “drop and give me 20!”
How does the Boot Camp course run?
Boot Camp involves a wide variety of both cardio and strength exercises. Experience something new every week, from shuttle runs and body weight exercises to boxing and equipment circuits. And of course it wouldn’t be a boot camp without sandbags! So get out of the gym, get involved, and get fit with the Lifestyle Boot Camp.
*SPECIAL* UNLIMITED SESSIONS FOR $150.00. You can attend all sessions each week in TERM 1, thats up to 6 every week!
