Forget all the action movies there is no yelling or screaming, just 60 minutes of invigorating, high intensity strength & cardio based team activities to really get you sweating.

How does the Herston Boot Camp course run?

This is not your typical garden variety, stock standard Boot Camp! This intensive 6 week course was designed by a genuine Australian Military Boot Camp Instructor with over two decades experience serving in the military.  You will experience the exact same training techniques and methods utilised by the Australian Defence Forces to turn green new recruits into fighting fit, combat ready soldiers!

Best yet you’ll be working out with team of like-minded people, in an environment of camaraderie and friendship... no pretension or intimidation, you’re all just there to get fit and have fun. It doesn’t matter if you’re already fairly fit or if you’re only just getting into it, you'll be pushed hard within your own capabilities and level of fitness.
