Boxing for Fitness - Gatton
Boxing for Fitness course is a high-intensity class for all fitness levels. This non-contact workout uses specific boxing training routines to teach you basic boxing skills while also improving your cardio fitness and strength. This five-week course is perfect for fat burning and muscle toning. Train in a fun and structured environment with a course that’s suitable for both men and women.
How does the Lifestyle Program Boxing for Fitness course run?
Get your blood flowing at the start of the class with a basic boxing training warm up - skipping, jogging, and body weight exercises. Your professional instructor will deliver different boxing technique circuits that will keep you moving throughout the entire class. Partner and solo non-contact sparring will help you develop your boxing technique while the high-intensity approach of your instructor will help build your strength, cardio and stamina. All boxing equipment will be included but if you have your own gloves feel free to bring them along.

Water, towel comfortable and unrestrictive sports clothing. All equipment is provided. It is recommended that all participants bring either hand wraps or boxing glove inner for hygine reasons. Boxing glove inners can be purchased at the class for $3. |
