UQ Staff Fitness - Gatton
The UQ Staff Fitness course is exclusively for Staff at UQ Gatton Campus. This course breaks up the boredom of your regular exercise routine. It will challenge you in unique ways, keeping you motivated and eager to keep improving your fitness. The UQ Staff Fitness course is an outdoor (and at times indoor) group fitness program. The course delivers a whole body workout, emphasising general fitness, functional and core strength.
