Hatha Yoga - Gatton
Hatha Yoga is a timeless practice of creating and fortifying wellbeing. It draws the body into alignment and improves flexibility and balance through physical postures while harmonising the mind and body through conscious breath. It builds a deep level of relaxation into the system, providing the tools for relaxing and focusing the mind. Yoga builds confidence and self esteem and greatly enhances everyday life. Yoga is unique in generating motion without strain, enhancing the body without taking anything from it. It enlivens and regenerates the body and mind while eliminating tiredness. This course is suitable for both beginners and those with experience. Focus - flexibility and balance.

How does the Hatha Yoga course run?
The practice begins with a centering of energy focused on the breath then a warm up sequence to prepare your connective tissue and assist stretching. This is followed by traditional yoga postures which work at every level to improve wellbeing. The practice ends with pranayama (specific yogic breathing techniques), relaxation and meditation. This is a joyful class which improves self knowledge and inner wisdom.
