Latin Fitness Dance

This course combines Latin dance styles and aerobic fitness training to teach you the basics in each of the Latin styles without you having to worry about a dance partner. Created to increase your energy levels and develop your ability as a dancer (regardless of experience), Latin Fitness teaches you all the steps without the pressure – just come and enjoy the fun! 

How does the Latin Fitness Dance course run?

Experience the excitement and fun of Latin dance styles such as Salsa, Zouk, Merengue, Lambada and Samba in a high-energy atmosphere. The enthusiastic Vida Latina dance instructor will get your heart pumping to the Latin beats. You’ll learn all the moves on your own and once you’re confident you will then have the option of progressing to a partner course. (Partner dancing offered in Latin Dance courses)
