Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a modern fighting system that combines striking, kicking, take-downs and ground grappling. The best techniques are extracted from Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to form this all-in-one fighting style. Having gained huge popularity due to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), MMA is not only a physically and technically challenging sport but also an effective self-defence system.

How does the Mixed Martial Arts course run?

Within these 5 week courses you will learn simple but effective combinations that include striking, kicking, take-downs, ground defence and ground attack. The course does not require any special skills and is suitable for both females and males.
