Parkour
Parkour is the French born 'Art of Movement': a method of training the mind and body to achieve fluid movement through urban and natural environments.
The discipline develops practical skills and promotes a spirit of altruism.
You will train to be strong and to be useful, whilst having fun and exploring your potential.
How does the Parkour course run?

The Parkour class is open to men and women of all skill and fitness levels.
Classes cover all the fundamental movements of Parkour as well as strength and conditioning, stretching, the philosophy behind Parkour and the training methods involved.
