Pole Dancing for Fitness
Around the world, people are catching onto the sport of pole dancing, lured by the promise of a toned body without the grind of a gym workout. Get a full body workout through a sport that integrates dance, gymnastics, acrobatics, yoga and Pilates. Pole dancing improves fitness levels, core strength, muscle tone and strengthens the shoulders, arms and stomach.
How does the Pole Dancing for Fitness course run?
Pole Dancing for Fitness has something for all skill and fitness levels. Starting and finishing each class with warm up and cool down stretches, the Pole Dancing for Fitness Courses will improve your general flexibility and strength through core foundation pole moves including spins, holds, pole tricks and aerial moves. Participants will also learn pole combinations and dance routines. In this fun, energetic and private environment, you will be enjoying yourself so much; it won’t even feel like exercise. Maximum of 8 participants per class.
