Raja Yoga

Raja Yoga uses meditation techniques to bring the mind and emotions into a state of balance, so that attention can be focussed on the object of meditation. Unwanted thoughts are withdrawn to help the mind become calm and clear. This can help to bring simplicity into everyday life and improve relations with others. Focus - spiritual growth

How does the Raja Yoga course run?

The classes include basic yoga postures, Yoga Nidra for relaxation and meditation to give clarity to and peace of mind.
