Self Defence

This self-defence/personal protection course will give you the skills to defend yourself, your property or the well-being of another from physical harm. 

By the end of this 2 day course you will be citing the following motto with confidence:  Be aware; be ready to avoid and get away; if you can't get away, prepare to attack.

How does the Self Defence course run?

The Self Defence course is designed to provide participants with the fundamental skills of personal protection. The courses use realistic adult lifestyle experiences and increasingly confronting situations to help participants develop real-life responses. The program addresses situations such as walking alone, mugging and robbery, conflict in crowds, dealing with drunk people, and responses to ground attack.
