The UQ Tennis Centre offers programs for anyone looking to start from scratch or take their tennis skills to the next level.

Group Coaching
Group tennis coaching is an incredibly fun, affordable and social way of joining the wonderful sport of tennis, for beginners and superstars alike!
Over a 5 week period you will:
- Get one lesson per week with a qualified coach
- Receive awesome tips on technique, movement and anything else you want to know!
- Meet other players at your level - great way to find practice partners
- Hit lots of balls. You'll get plenty of opportunities to put your fresh knowledge in to practice straight away!

Cardio Tennis
Cardio tennis is perfect if you're after a high-energy, fast paced program tailored to make you run, sweat and hit.
By blending hitting drills with fitness, Cardio Tennis will keep you distracted from the fact that you're getting tired, as your mind will be on the ball instead of your fatigue.
Over a 5 week period - you will:
- Blend hitting and fitness exercises with a qualified tennis coach
- Keep moving for the entire lesson
- Elevate your heart rate and get your blood pumping
- Hit lots of tennis balls

Please note: Cardio Tennis is not for people who's main aim is to improve their technique. If you have technical questions please save them for the end of the lesson, however if technical improvement is your focus we recommend one of our group coaching courses or private lessons instead. If you really want to fast track your skills, do both! Cardio Tennis will give you movement and fitness skills while Group Coaching provides the technique.
