UQ Staff Boot Camp
Boot Camp breaks up the boredom of your regular exercise routine. It will challenge you in unique ways, keeping you motivated and eager to keep improving your fitness. The Staff Boot Camp course is an outdoor group fitness program, completely free of yelling and camouflage. The course delivers a whole body workout, emphasising general fitness as well as functional and core strength. The boot camp is tapered for all fitness levels and ages, and provides an intense cardio and strength workout in a fun group environment. Commit to every session and you will see results.
How does the UQ Staff Boot Camp course run?
Boot Camp involves a wide variety of both cardio and strength exercises. Experience something new every week, from shuttle runs and body weight exercises to boxing and equipment circuits. And of course it wouldn’t be a boot camp without sandbags! So get out of the gym, get involved, and get fit with the Lifestyle Boot Camp.
